Delivery & Collection 🚚
For garden hires, delivery of inflatables and equipment is usually between 8am and 12pm, with collection the same day between 5pm and 6pm (unless you’ve booked an overnight hire).
Where possible, we aim to give you a 2-hour delivery window to make planning your day that little bit easier.

Confirmation Before Your Booking ✅
One of our drivers will contact you 24–48 hours before your event with a confirmation text to:
Confirm your delivery address
Check access/setup details
Provide a more accurate estimated arrival time (where possible)
This is especially helpful as you’ll be able to liaise with the driver directly on the day if you need to ask a question or check their location.
Venue Bookings 🏫
Hiring for a hall, school, or venue? No problem — we can often accommodate delivery and collection times to suit your event.
Just tell us when and where, and we’ll handle the rest.
Overnight Hire 🌙
Most of our inflatables can be hired overnight for an additional charge. This covers the extra costs of drying and cleaning if needed due to weather or overnight condensation.
Overnight collections are usually between 8am and 12pm the following day, depending on the day’s schedule and the popularity of the unit(s) hired.
Delivery Areas & Fuel Costs ⛽
Due to rising fuel and energy costs, we may occasionally need to add a small supplement to some of our free delivery areas.
If this applies, it will always be clearly stated at the time of booking in your total hire price.
