✅ Your Responsibility as the Hirer

It is the responsibility of the customer (you, the hirer) to ensure all reasonable steps are taken
to prevent injury or damage while the inflatable is on hire.

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and secure setup, the rules below must be followed
at all times.

🚨 IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. Failure to follow these safety rules
may result in injury or damage, for which the hirer will be held responsible.
🌧️ WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS:
In heavy rain or severe weather, inflatables must be switched off. Cancellations before delivery are
free of charge, even on the day, if the weather is unsafe.

🟦 General Safety Rules
  • Some inflatables have age limits — please ensure nobody over the stated age uses the equipment.
  • No food or drink is allowed on the inflatable at any time.
  • All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed.
  • Glasses should be removed where possible.
  • No face paint, party poppers, streamers or silly string near/on the inflatable (permanent staining risk).
  • No smoking near the inflatable(s).
🟧 Safe Use While Playing
  • No climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls.
  • A responsible adult must supervise at all times for the full hire period.
  • Do not overcrowd — if children are colliding, it is too crowded and injuries are likely.
  • Avoid mixing large and small children together. Smaller children may need closer supervision.
  • Do not bounce on the front step/apron — it is for entering and exiting only.
🟨 Power, Weather & Equipment Care
  • If the inflatable is not being used, switch the blower off at the mains (unless rain is expected).
  • Anyone with a history of back or neck problems must not use the inflatable.
  • No one is to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation (suffocation risk).
  • In heavy rain or extreme weather, it is strongly recommended the inflatable is switched off.
  • Any wet areas can be dried with a towel once safe to do so.
🟪 Blower & Electrical Safety

The blower may have a safety reset button. If it overheats or loses power:

  • Switch it off at the mains
  • Wait 1–2 minutes
  • Switch it back on

If it does not restart, or in the event of a power cut, please contact us immediately.

  • Ensure the air vent on the blower remains clear at all times.
  • If you are unsure about anything, please contact us — we are always happy to help.
