Delivery & Collection
Delivery of inflatables and equipment for garden hire is typically between 8am and 12 pm, and collected the same day between 5 and 6 pm unless booked overnight. We aim to give all our customers a 2 hour delivery window where we can, to make organizing your day a little bit easier.
Our drivers will contact you 24 to 48 hours before your party with a confirmation text confirming delivery address and where they can, a more specific time of arrival. This is especially handy as you will be able to liaise with them directly should you need to ask a question or find out their location or estimated time of arrival on the day.
If you are booking for a venue, we can accommodate the times to suit your occasion, all you need to do is tell us when and where your party will be and we’ll handle the rest.
All of our inflatables are available to hire overnight for an extra charge. This is to cover the costs of any cleaning or drying that we may have to do from either bad weather or condensation from night before.
Collection from an overnight hire can be anytime between 8 am and 12 pm the next day, depending on popularity of the unit(s) hired and the worked book out for that day.
Due to the current climate with energy and fuel prices, we may, at times, add a small supplement to our free delivery areas to cover the rising costs of fuel, but this will stated at time of booking in the total price of your hire.
