What happens if it’s raining on the day of my party?
As long as we haven’t delivered your inflatable(s), you can cancel without charge. Please call us as early as possible (between 8am and 9am) on the day.
Access to our garden is difficult — can you manage steps or obstacles?
This depends on the number of steps and the size of any obstacles. We can usually manage most access issues, but may need a hand in tighter spaces.
Our child is unwell on the morning of the party — can we cancel?
Yes, absolutely. As long as the equipment hasn’t been delivered, there’s no charge. Please let us know as early as possible.
Can bouncy castles be used in wet weather?
Yes — inflatables are safe to use in light or moderate rain. In heavy rain or severe weather, please deflate the inflatable and move indoors until it passes.
It rained all day and we couldn’t use the inflatable — can we get a refund?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds due to bad weather. There’s no charge for cancelling before delivery, even on the day.
Do you offer adult bouncy castles?
Yes! We have a great range of adult-sized inflatables and games. Please visit our Adult Section on the website.
How do you secure inflatables in windy conditions?
All inflatables are secured using 15” stakes, with a minimum of four per castle, ensuring a safe and stable setup.
How far in advance should I book?
There’s no minimum notice period, but we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Last-minute bookings may still be possible — give us a call.
Is there an age limit for your inflatables?
Most children’s castles are suitable up to age 14. We also offer adult inflatables suitable for all ages.
Do I need electricity to power the castle?
Yes — a power source is required. We provide extension leads. If power isn’t available, generators can be hired at an additional cost.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes — we hold £5 million public liability insurance. Disclaimers must be signed as part of the hire process.
Do you close during the winter?
No — we hire all year round and offer many inflatables and soft play packages suitable for indoor venues.
Can I keep the inflatable overnight?
Yes — overnight hire is available for an additional £30, subject to availability.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit required. Payment is made in cash on delivery, though advance payments can be arranged.
Do I need to provide anything?
Occasionally, we may request one form of photo ID, particularly for halls or wedding venues.
