Absolutely Fantastic - we booked jolly kids castles for our 2 year olds party We was relayed information back from... Damien the whole day. When it was arriving and when it was being picked up’ They put it up and gave us all the information we needed to sort the music out which they kindly gave us as a good will gesture as our original castle we booked unfortunately wasn’t available due to a hole. But we got one that was almost identical and had lights (again good will gesture) Just want to also add they clean every castle before it comes and that’s why they found the hole! Personally I think that is brilliant - especially the time we live in with germs and the worry of things passing along, it gave me a huge peace of mind that it’s coming cleaned and that is was checked over to make sure it’s safe! I couldn’t recommend this company more! absolutely fantastic and will be recommending them to anyone I know and Also use them every year for our little girls birthday! Thank you for an impeccable service! And thank you to Damien for being so good with timings and letting us know when they are close by! I was really disappointed. The team that set up the Frozen castle and soft play gold package comprised of one adult and... I assume his children. (Not very professional; and they were not very happy).I had a phone call asking where the hall was as he wasn’t familiar with Benfleet. The castle wasn’t what I was expecting - not an official Frozen one. Some of the soft play was ripped and looked faded. The Velcro sides of the ball pit were well used and so it didn’t hold itself together very well. Although we had the hall until 1:30, I asked how long it would take to dismantle and was told 10 minutes. I was surprised to then see Jolly Kids Castles waiting to get in the hall at 1pm whilst party guests were still leaving. So from the pointless phone call asking where the hall is, only to be told “alright I’ll find it” to the waiting at the door whilst handing out party bags, I wouldn’t call that professional service or making us feel less stressed on a busy 4th birthday party, all for £165.read more

Would highly recommend Jolly Kids CastlesProfessional, reliable excellent customer and communication service.Hired... the kids disco castle on Saturday it arrived promptly at 9am and was set up quickly meaning my boys had plenty of time to play even before our party started. We paid the extra £20 for overnight use which I would also highly recommend. Had a bouncy castle with slide and ball pit for my daughter and nieces joint birthday recently. Reasonably priced, were... on time with dropping off the castle and setting up and collecting. They were early when collecting but didn't rush us, just sat outside waiting for the end of the party. Good communication and got a confirmation text a couple of days before our party day which saved me a phone call as always like to confirm but a company has never done this with me before. They let us have different pics on either side of the bouncy castle as very different ages so had shopkins and paw patrol which was nice we didn't have to choose as it was a joint party. They helped with halls regarding the size of the bouncy castle and my questions were always answered. The driver delivered on time and it was a set up without any problems. Perfect customer service and saved our daughters birthday party after the company we booked let us down 2 hours before... the party, turned up and said he couldn't set the castle up as we had a slabbed garden path ( which is level with the grass and all even) we rang Jolly Kids Castles and Scott sorted out a Frozen castle within the hour and had it delivered, set up and ready to party!!
