Your Responsibility as the Hirer
It is the responsibility of the customer (you, the hirer) to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to prevent injury or damage while the inflatable is on hire.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and secure setup, the following rules must be followed at all times.
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. Failure to follow the safety rules may result in injury or damage, for which the hirer will be held responsible.
In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, inflatables must be switched off. Cancellations before delivery are free of charge, even on the day.

🟦 General Safety Rules
No food or drink is allowed on the inflatable at any time (to prevent choking hazards and soiling).
All shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed.
Glasses should also be removed where possible.
No face paint, party poppers, streamers or silly string may be used near or on the inflatable, as these can permanently stain the unit.
No smoking near the inflatable(s).

🟧 Safe Use While Playing
A responsible adult must supervise at all times while the inflatable is in use, for the full hire period.
Do not overcrowd the inflatable.
If children are colliding, it is too crowded and injuries are likely.
Avoid mixing large and small children together. Smaller children may require closer supervision.
Do not bounce on the front step/apron.
This is for entering and exiting only.

🟨 Power, Weather & Equipment Care
If the inflatable is not being used, please switch the blower off at the mains (unless rain is expected).
Anyone with a history of back or neck problems must not use the inflatable.
No one is to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation due to suffocation risk.
In heavy rain or extreme weather, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off. Any wet areas can be dried with a towel.
—
🟪 Blower & Electrical Safety
If it overheats or loses power:
Switch it off at the mains
Wait 1–2 minutes
Switch it back on
If it does not restart, or in the event of a power cut, contact us immediately.
Ensure the air vent on the blower remains clear at all times for correct inflation.
If you are unsure about anything, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
